See, I don't really feel like that.  We don't know anything yet.  Meryl could have turned him down...said she just wants to be friends.  If the case, which I have never been 100% convinced that she is/was as into him as he was/is to her, then he can take pictures with whomever he wants.

I don't know lol whatever it is, they are BOTH choosing to do anything and everything that isn't with each other.  So to me that is telling.  If it is a case of it's summer with busy schedules, OK, but if they don't start doing stuff together soon, then I don't see how we can keep saying they are together and "engaged to be married."  I mean, they have the means that they can fly and see each other, granted probably not every weekend....but more than once in June and a breakfast in August.  That's just my opinion.

Until I hear otherwise.....I love Meryl, but I think I am more Team Maks....I mean she won't even show her ring in most public situations.  I don't know.  I think it's weird.  Is she ashamed of Maks that she doesn't want to be linked to him?  I don't get it.  Maybe it's Maks turning Meryl down and then I'll feel bad for her and shame on Maks....but I don't know I kind of side more with Maks I guess right now.

Carrie:   I agree wholeheartedly about the ring.....why does she cover it up, is she ashamed?  It just doesn't make sense to me...

here it is .....holding your hand.....and i wish he had not done it...but i don't think it makes him a bad person, just a person who made a bad choice, (my guess would be while drinking)....he posed for a questionable pic (apparently with several close friends most of whom are in committed relationships) and thats going to cause backlash for him on social media again...but well i guess thats between him and Meryl only they know whats between them...

But, here's what gets me. He has said on TV and on radio shows that what is between him and Meryl is private and he will never speak about it. Well, he sure doesn't mind speaking (a picture is worth a thousand words) about his relationship with these women, whatever it is. Even if he is not saying he is after any of them, it looks as if he is saying there is nothing between him and Meryl. I think he may be deflecting people's questions about Meryl is because he knows that a lot of the interest in him is because of Meryl. Just my thoughts. If I were in Meryl's situation, he would be in a lot of trouble!!!

I agree with the comments as to why this pic is not a good idea. However, that being said, this is the kind of thing that happens when something feeds on itself when a bunch of young people get goofing around and are trying to top each other's challenges!!! I can see how it has escalated today--just look at the tweets and challenges. Not good for image purposes if you might be considered as a playboy because it just "plays" into it but watchers like all of us and others do not know context or dynamics between or among the "players". We make a lot of assumptions. Such is the nature of the SM age. But this stuff goes on in lots of group settings where the "players" know each other well; I've chaperoned enough band and ball team trips--and just because they are all young adults (some older than others!) doesn't mean they shouldn't or won't get sucked into being a part of the process.

I get that it may not be viewed as a wise thing for Maks to do; otoh, why shouldn't he be able to be a kid sometimes?? He isn't their chaperone or parent--even though he could almost be for some of them.

Not really defending him--so please don't throw darts!! But I do understand how this sort of thing can get out of hand without anyone realizing it.....and for now at least, Maks IS still single!!!!
