HI CEK. Sounds like you had quite a day with Hubby. Those classes are very informational. My mother is borderline, but she doesn't stick to her diet. LOL But everytime they test her, she is in good shape (blood sugar wise). Go figure. Hope everything goes well for your hubby. Luckly, he doesn't have to take insulin.

Well I admit, I have watch the ice bucket challenge quite a few times now. They are so cute. LOL I think I like the angle slightly better in Danica's videos......but I still want to know who are the two people that are video tapeing them......now that is the mystery. LOL
