I am sure that if they are as close as they say they are "just friends" that they have seen each other, like you said April, alot more....
Yep...Maks is always very truthfull..so when he said they were going to persue the "friendship" after the show but it would be off cameras so we the fans wouldn't know much about it just rumors we would hear...i believe he meant exactly that...and i think that's exactly what they're doing...persuing "whatever they have" ...but keeping it off cameras

I KNOW that in my heart they have. You just don't turn off the feelings they had. Not like the turbine switch!! HAHA They both changed each other's lives in such fundamental ways that they are forever changed within themselves. You just don't stop that emotion and that sense of feeling you want to be with that person because you know you are a more complete person with them around you. They had to talk about how far they wanted it to go during dwts so you know that the attraction was--and I'm sure still is--both undeniable and powerful!! Now if they will just give us that assurance we can also move on!!!
I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

Cassidy, you sound so devoted to our kids. My utmost respect for anyone who chooses to work in special education. It comes with being hit, kicked, spat on, you name it. My hat is off to you and Carrie. We had our annual 'Student Support Officer Appreciation Week' just the other week. We also celebrate World Teacher Day on 5th October. I don't spare the expense to show the love most generously. After all I am entrusting you guys with what is dearest to me. There isn't a more important job in my opinion.
KOS, so nice of you to be part of this family's support network. They say it takes a village to bring up our kids and that's true. Unfortunately, a lot of relationships break down under the strain of having a disabled child. Mine did too. Sad for this young man that his Dad is not a significant part of his life.
But.... back to MnM.....
just had a look at the abc thread an someone mentioned an interesting comment by Erin Andrews, apparently to do with some of the DWTS recent developments. Does anyone know what that is all about? .I haven't found it.
I haven't heard of anything big other then JH being the 4th judge. I wonder what Erin meant? You have my interest peaked. LOL
I just read the article and don't think Maks would be too happy with Erin's gushing over the Houghs.

I have a long two days ahead of me, so I am going to say goodnight to all sisters who are still on board. It has been a a good day on the good ship Maksyl. And I continue to enjoy leanring so much about and from all of you. I probably won't be posting tomorrow but will check in to see how things are going. I will be thinking about all of you as I lead a discussion group on a chapter entitiled "The Ethics of Elfland" from a book by GK Chesterton who was a huge influence on C.S. Lewis. It is about fairy tales, the fact that they are crucial to fostering a moral/ethical, logical and imaginative person. There will be young black men and women, older black men and women and a couple of white women in the group. The idea that fairy tales have anything to do with logic is mind boggling to most of the groupl And I have found that most of the participants do not see pictures when they read. It is a daunting and exciting journey. Thanks to all of you who have enriched my life today and wishing you sweet dreams.
Let us know later, but will you be talking about the way fairy tales have been "prettied up" for children when most of them were quite harsh? Would love to know, and know you will make it interesting.
