thanks cek ...i think that they are in closer contact than any of us know...and that sometimes when they go silent on sm it's a good thing...i mean when he broke down in tears not only after the freestyle but at the beginning of the AT he was wiping tears from his eyes and during Christina Perri singing human he's the one that started tearing up first....that was not faked...and when he felt something deep enough to make him cry on national tv when that is not his normal tv persona...i don't think he's going to let that go

I totally agree with everything above. When they were showing the nominees for Best Reality Show, I was certain they would show a clip of Meryl and Maks, instead they showed a clip of Derek and Amy! I couldn't believe it. Season 18 was all about M&M and the show's producers know it.
I don't want to get started on why Maks hasn't tweeted his support for Meryl's latest nomination. I'm still angry he didn't tweet his support for her Espy nomination.Maybe he did it by phone or PM...
I think they are still not that active on SM to keep things kinda under the radar. Probably not a bad idea....especially assuming they are texting and talking a lot. How much more do you need to do? It is only for us then--and that doesn't help quell the curiosity.

What do you guys think happened with DWTS and Maks? It seems as though they are blackballing him and I don't understand why. They should be doing everything in their power to get MnM back in some fashion. They brought that show back to life..

LOL..well apparently he does that well.....and that phone has not left his hand much since the season ended

Awww, thanks! Me too.....this is a great place to chat and have some good laughs! We do have to meet up somewhere--some day--when MnM get married or have Boris or Oleg--or when they dance together somewhere mid-country or wherever we can get to. I'm pretty sure we would all have tons of fun!!!

I am with you on this too, April. He is so head over heels with Meryl that it's not going away. I just don't want him to have another broken heart because "this one" will be impossible to get over. As Maks said, "I'm going with her, even if she's coming with another partner!" Just listen to Maks!!! HAHA
I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

I don't know gunner...and I guess we will not know if he is going to be connected in anyway to the show this season till it begins...I remember in an article the head of DWTS said they were in talks with Maks since he would not be a pro but that he would always be in some way connected to the show!!
