CEK posted a picture of Val out and about late-ish last night (I think their days and nights are not quite the same as during the Season...the tour shows would go late into the night...late nights, late mornings)  Cheryl and her fiance were at the restaurant/bar Aventine...and the picture with Val is there.



Switch to Janel:  At some point in the day she drove down to San Diego.  Probably to meet up with a friend?  Spend the day?  Get away?  Here are a couple of her tweets from yesterday.   Lookin good, in the car, just a few minutes b4 noon:



Then came a lot of hours of quiet...no Social Media activity for either of them.  Good, I said to myself.  They are either separately busy doing things, or possibly communicating but not sharing.  All good.

Late in the evening came this from Janel:
Lovin' San Diego at 9:34 pm...Lovin' seafood after midnight...


And all this prep...to get to the next part.  (You know what a "staycation" is, don't you.  Getting away, but not really going away.  Families often go on trips close to home, see the sights and do the stuff in their own area. Or treat yourself to something wonderful nearby w/o travel expense, etc)  O.k.  So are these two tweets (hey, they make them public...not I) are they related?  Is there some delightful Bed and Breakfast with an astounding view of the ocean along the coastal highway?

two things.

An anonymous person on tumblr says that J and Payson went to San Diego together to attend a friend's show   (West Side Story!!!  How weird is that?)  And here is a tweet and response on Payson's twitter with that friend.


 So....


And secondly.... Is Val talking to people like me and some other even more rabid janelskiy fans, who despite much evidence on Janel's part that she's not interested at all in a relationship with Val anymore...continue to hope that there's a romance, or even just friendship...

...is he talking to us when he just a few seconds ago tweeted the following:  (I think he is, and I'll take his advice.)

I'm very curious if GMA tomorrow morning comfirms or squashes the rumor we've heard about Rumer. 

This performance that has her performing with Payson in Chicago...well although it is done in time for the Premiere of DWTS on March 16...it wouldn't allow for time to learn the first dance and rehearse and camera blocking and all that.

I suppose she could get out of it.  Well tomorrow will tell the story.
