Okay!! I had to snatch this from the other thread and bring it over here. Why? Because there is no doubt in my mind - none - that it is Janel's voice, "Whoo!" that we hear while Val is playing. I'm sure she's the one with the cellphone taking the short video.

We have this Janel...most days....going back to well before DWTS Season 19 ever started. Good morning....stuff and things during the day....this and that with my friends...etc. 5 or 6 per day unless she has a special appearance or PLL is airing..then more.
And then, we have THIS Janel when Val gets off rehearsal (based on Sasha's tweets)

The above is from early October with Val and the enews gal. So yesterday when Janel was seen at the Grove, and she and Val were seen by a fan who tweeted it...It was surely because the e folks filmed their bit with her that airs tonight. Specifically about the PLL Christmas show tonight, it seems. On tumblr they say she'll also talk about the DWTS tour. So, I'll watch it...a first for me: e news

Couple of things on a quiet afternoon...
Janel and Payson do not perform together in any of the ftrlive shows. Understandable, but now confirmed.
She is in the one on the 10.

I will be the first to admit that I have no idea what the meaning of this is....But like the folks who replied, just so glad to see some interaction shared with us.
