Love the photo, EC. Your daughter is gorgeous!
Here is a pic of my "tuxedo" dog (moose!)
His mama was a very light yellow Lab, daddy was a full blooded golden retriever. This guy is a complete throw-back to the St. John's water dog, precursor to the Labrador retriever, which sported tuxedo markings. Last one died in about 1979. Typical markings are white chest, nose, and on all 4 paws. Our dog also has a white arrowhead on the top of his shoulders. He is now 3-1/2 years old, 112 lbs., and the only tipoff that he is not 100% lab is that he has a "fringe" on the underside of his tail, which would have come through the golden daddy as labs have very short hair on their tails.I read that tuxedo cats are 200% smarter than other cats! I wonder if the tuxedo dogs are too?
So you might appreciate this photo of "a man and his pooch!" LOL
Just shows that every dog is a lap dog!!!
Love this!

NOOOOOO, I refuse to go, I froze the last time I went with the grandkids.
So long as there is no reprise of "Let it Go"!!!! LOL
Generally speaking, I don't like sequels or remakes.

What is with today? Maks liked Meryl's picture for the first time in forever, his Alfalit post, her interview, the fact that she had to stop herself before speaking on his behalf, and yet again said she would not dance with anyone else, just as he has stated he will not dance with anyone else for a DWTS season as well.
Ah, the feels
It’s a very good day
There is speculation on Tumblr that Maks has posted some worthwhile things as an attempt to erase the memory of the post from the other day that did not necessarily put him in a positive light. Maybe, maybe not, doesn't seem like Maks would do that, he is more or less the "what you see is what you get" kind of guy.
If Maks represented my brand and I saw that picture and peta's suggestive comment, I would drop him like a hot potato. The picture and the "comment" would be a deal breaker for me. I would want someone like Meryl who takes pride in her public image and protects it to represent my brand, not the sometime loose cannon that Maks is capable of being. I wouldn't risk it. My own opinion of course.
That said, I acknowledge that Maks does a lot for charities and down deep maybe he is a kind person who possibly looses his way occasionally but under those circumstances, I wouldn't hesitate to ditch him, strictly a business decision.
Am I walking the plank for this one? HAHA Thankfully, honesty is not outlawed on this ship.
Authenticity is always a risk.....It can be good or bad depending on the situation and who says or does it...whatever "it" is. No question that one moment of weakness, if you will, can wipe out a ton of good will....that is difficult to recover. But there is something to being who you are and being yourself. In today's world, everyone can know your moments of grandeur as well as your moments of weakness. It's the chance you take--and somewhat depends on the company you keep.
Be whoever you are, but with the understanding that grace with candor will go farther than weakness with poor judgement...and poor judgement and weakness tend to go hand in hand.
My grandmother and I were super close, maybe closer than my mom and I were. My grandma taught me that I would be judged by the company I kept and don't you know that it is true? It was a valuable lesson that I never forgot. She also was big on my wearing clean underwear in case I got in an accident and ended up in the emergency room. I have tried to figure this one out but to no avail. Ah well, gotta love the grandmother and her advice.

I agree. I "Let It Go" the minute I walked out of the theatre and breathed a sigh of relief that it was over.
