It's Official! The Frozen Sequel is Happening.
NOOOOOO, I refuse to go, I froze the last time I went with the grandkids.
I am like Annie said...sequels are more times than not any way as good as the original. Sometimes they should just leave well enough alone....and in the case of Frozen...people haven't stopped talking and "singing" from the first one yet...Frozen has just about taken over every thing in stores now!!!
Don't get me wrong, you all know that I love me some DISNEY but enough already!!!!

I almost forgot...I got my appointment for my MRI's...I go on March 24 at 9:45 and then back to the Neurosurgeon on March 25 at 9:30. I was able to get my appointment for the open MRI instead of the MRI tube. I am a bit happy about that because I don't exactly know how I would feel in the tube!!!!
Well I am off to get supper finished and then a bit more work I want to try and finish tonight. I have just under two weeks that I would like to have all the little things done...just incase.
Will pop back in later to say HI...

What is with today? Maks liked Meryl's picture for the first time in forever, his Alfalit post, her interview, the fact that she had to stop herself before speaking on his behalf, and yet again said she would not dance with anyone else, just as he has stated he will not dance with anyone else for a DWTS season as well.
Ah, the feels
It’s a very good day
There is speculation on Tumblr that Maks has posted some worthwhile things as an attempt to erase the memory of the post from the other day that did not necessarily put him in a positive light. Maybe, maybe not, doesn't seem like Maks would do that, he is more or less the "what you see is what you get" kind of guy.
If Maks represented my brand and I saw that picture and peta's suggestive comment, I would drop him like a hot potato. The picture and the "comment" would be a deal breaker for me. I would want someone like Meryl who takes pride in her public image and protects it to represent my brand, not the sometime loose cannon that Maks is capable of being. I wouldn't risk it. My own opinion of course.
That said, I acknowledge that Maks does a lot for charities and down deep maybe he is a kind person who possibly looses his way occasionally but under those circumstances, I wouldn't hesitate to ditch him, strictly a business decision.
Am I walking the plank for this one? HAHA Thankfully, honesty is not outlawed on this ship.
Authenticity is always a risk.....It can be good or bad depending on the situation and who says or does it...whatever "it" is. No question that one moment of weakness, if you will, can wipe out a ton of good will....that is difficult to recover. But there is something to being who you are and being yourself. In today's world, everyone can know your moments of grandeur as well as your moments of weakness. It's the chance you take--and somewhat depends on the company you keep.
Be whoever you are, but with the understanding that grace with candor will go farther than weakness with poor judgement...and poor judgement and weakness tend to go hand in hand.My grandmother and I were super close, maybe closer than my mom and I were. My grandma taught me that I would be judged by the company I kept and don't you know that it is true? It was a valuable lesson that I never forgot. She also was big on my wearing clean underwear in case I got in an accident and ended up in the emergency room. I have tried to figure this one out but to no avail. Ah well, gotta love the grandmother and her advice.
I'll go you one better from grandma. My dad was a lawyer and in legal circles, the company you keep can make you an accomplice to a crime. So we were told to stay away from crowds, keep a low profile, and not be in the company of any individual who was not a straight arrow. No matter who it was who gave it, that was good advice. I think everyone from the depression era had the underwear fetish!!! LOL

So long as there is no reprise of "Let it Go"!!!! LOLGenerally speaking, I don't like sequels or remakes.
I agree. I "Let It Go" the minute I walked out of the theatre and breathed a sigh of relief that it was over.
i actually enjoyed the movie with my daughter and granddaughters but the aftermath has been a bit over the top!!!! Good for Disney, but..... Although I will admit to having just purchased Frozen swim suits HAHA!! How's that possible?1!) when they were 50% off at Target!!

I know Jet, what's up with that underwear obsession? She also said (a million times) "the wheel turns" and "what goes around comes around". Oye.

So you might appreciate this photo of "a man and his pooch!" LOL
Just shows that every dog is a lap dog!!!And every dog is a therapy dog, too. Right?
I would say a resounding YES to that! Particularly this one as it was not too long after my hubby's suicide attempt that I suggested maybe it was time to get another dog (our last dog had been gone about 9 or 10 mos.)....and he resoundingly agreed. It's been a very good decision for us. In fact, I think that almost a year without a dog had been the longest time we were dogless in our entire marriage of over 40 years!!
Hubby tells me he "married a dog" because I had one when we got married. Not so uncommon now, but it was pretty uncommon then.

LOL LOL Heard those a few times....and I use the "what goes around comes around" or "we reap what we sow" quite often myself!!!
I knew some old ladies in my youth who had lived a very deprived life during the depression and one in particular hoarded toilet paper....so I imagine the clean underwear could have been a byproduct of severe depravation and feeling like cleanliness was a part of retaining a sense of self-worth. IDK....just guessing.

Did your family have one of these in their backyard?
Still do at cabin in northern MN!! 'Course it's just for brush and twigs, etc. But still allowed w/ permit.
Out here I think they probably aren't allowed anymore due to extreme fire threat levels because of the bad drought. Used to have them on Colorado, tho, where cousins live in the country.
