I hear you, my co pay is $20.00 each time I go to the doctor.  A friend of my daughters is the president of a major hospital in the DC area and if nothing else, I can go to her to refer a doctor or specialist if I have the need for one.  My husband had prostate cancer a few years ago and she was instrumental in his finding the best doctor for his situation.  Still paid through the nose though. 

 

We pay 25.00 copay to our PCP and 50.00 to specialist....our insurance is 964.00 a month but that will change the first of June becasue my daughter will be coming off ours since she is 26.

That friction comment Maks made in the new GMA segment rubbed me the wrong way a little. What do you think he meant by that? From Meryl's facial expressions, she didn't look too thrilled with what he was saying. This looks like it was taped on the Monday (wearing same clothes as in pap. photos). In the past Maks used "heat' and chemistry, now he almost wants to make it like there was no great connection. Am I reading too much into this/overreacting?

I believe it’s just Maks once again trying to find the word to best express a feeling and coming up short.  I’m not sure what he meant but he was probably using friction to emphasize the heat and chemistry they brought to their dances.  it had nothing to do with the way they worked with each other.  They were the exact opposite of a partnership that were in constant conflict. Meanwhile Meryl’s just listening on.  I see know change in her expression.  She didn’t seem displeasured or taken aback by the comment at all.

I think we have been overreacting to a lot of things MnM lately and we place a negative connotation to every little word or photo or image and couching it in a negative light, usually at the expense of Maks.  Yes things have changed.  For whatever reason(s) they’ve chosen to just be friends now and possibly forever.  Still when we see those two together in full context, we see two people who are still completely enamored with each other in a way many married and dating couples wish they could be.  i don’t see much in the way of hurt or awkwardness.  But that’s just me.
