Well it is a bit slow on tumblr so far so I will head back to Real Life to see what I can do and then stop back in later this afternoon...Maybe Kym will share some more pics of her "holiday"....

So, dear sisters. Starting today I am going to use y'all as a sort of passive support system.
It is my goal to walk a mile (seems a pittance - but my asthma and time to devote to it are somewhat limiting)
at least 3 times a week. At 4:00 pm my time. That is the best time of day for me, and I have found on the days I do it that I am less hungry for the evening meal, eat less, and do not snack in the evenings. : )
So I will report in to you with a YES! late in the afternoon if I have managed to get it done.
Such a good bunch in the sisterhood. Encouraging, non-judgemental.
