Aww......Tango, we keep missing *seeing* each other live. LOL  It is too bad that you didn't have more time at the meet and greet to actually talk.  Was it better organized then the last?  Maybe, that is why it was so rushed?  Trying to get everyone in to at least get a picture and a quick "Hi".

 Humm,  I would have thought that the "cast' would mingle and really enjoy chatting with the fans at the after party.  It kind of sounds like they were "unapproachable", not in a bad way, just not as close or intimate like the last one.  Maybe, for security reasons?  They was something on tumblr about Peta getting a threat, so maybe that is why the after party was different?  Did you get a sense of "something" going on? I think I read somewhere that the cast mostly kept to themselves.  If you want, I would enjoy reading  your take on this and the after party itself and of course more of your take on the show itself.  I am on pins and needles waiting for your next update and of course pictures. hehe

I know people were concerned about the woman who was hit with a bat at Fenway the day that Kym and Robert were there. She did survive, and I just read that she has been upgraded to fair condition. So, good news!

Oh, Luv, silly question indeed?  Do I plan to go to Sway 4?   The last thing I said as I left the after party when I gave Eugene a hug was to save my 5 front row seats for Miami.   Hopefully, 5 front row seats in Miami will cost less than 3 in NYC.  

There was plenty of security, but I didn't get the feeling that anyone was being overtly suspicious.  And Merv was definitely off duty, not guarding Peta or anything.   If they were worried about her, she could have sat out that part.  She was wearing an ankle brace at the M&Gs (not at the after party), so that could have been an excuse.   I think it was planned that way.   Don't know if it was the new management, but I certainly was not a happy camper.  

There were probably also more people than in Dec.   The M&Gs were MUCH better organized, but they were in December also, once Merv took over.   The space was bigger and the lines more orderly because of that.   They always appeared to start later than necessary (of course, getting 12 people showered, changed, and dressed after the show is difficult), and 2 times at least, they seemed to be taking publicity shots while the M&Greeters were waiting.   But we were often told, we're in a hurry, we have to make it quick.  

I know how these things work, but for some people, it was the only time they'll get to do something like that.   People paid a LOT of money for that opportunity, and then to feel rushed through is upsetting.   Even in the best of circumstances, you can maybe talk to 2 people and say a few words.   I'll have a few suggestions for them on how to improve from a fan's perspective, if they want to know.   My best suggestions would be to break them into 3 groups of four and let people move down the line.   It wouldn't be so overwhelming, fans would get a chance to talk to more of the dancers, esp. if they're not going to mingle at the after party, and it would only take a few minutes longer overall.  

The M&Gs and after party were like I had expected them to be in December when they were so much more.  I never felt rushed.   And they all mingled at the after party.
