    I am so sorry to hear that you are still suffering with that darn back, CEK. 
    Really assumed that the PT was having miraculous results, I guess…and that you would not have those bad days.

    I went looking for an inspirational quote or maybe a poster about “bad back”

    They were mostly ‘naughty’.  Lol.

    So will simply say, “I hope you feel better soon.”

    Thanks for the thoughts and "happy" words...I was a bit upset because it was hurting this morning actually worse than it has in a while...but if it makes me feel any better hubby was a bit achey too with his back...this weather is just not a friend of a bad back or arthritis.  I have not had PT this week as my therapist was on vacation so I was doing my exercises myself so that may have had some effect on how I feel too!!!

    It is better than it use to be but still not gone completely...I think I am going to make an appointment with the acupuncturist on Monday just to see if that helps at all...worked on my kitty cat with her arthritis, and my hubby has done it twice for different things...
