Re: Finally, THE FINALE

I've gained a lot of respect for Ryker and the Lynch family as I followed him throught the Season, and a little bit currently on their tour.

And especially Mr. Lynch...

Later....Janel and her mom are in her home state of Hawaii, btw.  Last minute wedding prep going on in that family too, as her sister's wedding is in August.

Is there any place that you do not want to go to?  I think I would be afraid to go anywhere that I couldn't speak the language.

There are some but not many.
95% of the places you go people speak English.  It's a universal language so you're never really out of the loop.  Italy was the best.  I got off the train and just walked for about an hour.  All of a sudden it started to pour down rain.  There was a little coffee shop that was closing for the day.  He had the chairs on the table and the floor washed.  When he saw me standing under his awning, he brought me in, made me a coffee then gave me his umbrella.  He spoke no English and I spoke no Italian, but what a wonderful human being.

Awwww....that was  so sweet of him   Italy is on my top ten list too

When my daughter went to Italy, she came home saying that there is no such thing as an Italian man who is not good-looking! (She was in high school then.) When I went, it was only to Venice and the Lake Cuomo area. Also, a little stop in Bari, the port near Alberobello (my husband and I were on a cruise -- Black Sea cruise that started in Venice).

Just a quick pop in from me.   I see you're all celebrating Oh, Canada Day.

I saw this picture earlier at #gamerwedding (nicole's) and "snipped" it so I could show you.

I think Val has had a drink or two.  And Nicole!  Looks like Coachella all over again, doesn't it?

Good night ladies.  Until tomorrow.  Au revior.  (that's from the French part of Canada ; )

This must be the rehearsal.  Or would she wear this?  Obviously, I have no idea what the current trend in bridal fashion is.  *lol*  I got married in a pant suit, but not one that 'tried' to look like a dress?  And that floral arrangement on her head.  Wow!  Just wow.....

I like the outfit, but that floral thing -- NO. There are quite a few new trends out there, but I don't know them either.

Morning Sisters...
First let me say how sorry I am that I missed all the fun last night.   Very not happy about that!!!

Please forgive me being scarce the past few days and the next couple days....I have a lot to do in the next few weeks and I know that when I pop in  for a "quick" visit I usually find myself loosing track of time and an hour or so has passed.  I am not "jumping ship"....repeat I am not "jumping ship"...LOL

I have PT this morning and am going to the doctor with my daughter this afternoon...she has an appointment with an allergist.  She is so sensitive to so many things and gets rashes and bumps and her lips will swell sometime.  She is really allergic to mosquito bites as the get really big and look quite ugly when they bite her...

I am gonna check the news really quick.

Hi CEK  I'm sorry you weren't here also.  We had lots of laughs and good conversation.  Hopefully we can all get together when R/L quits interfering....LoL  I know I haven't been able to get in very often as things here have been hectic.
I feel so bad for your daughter having alergies.  I've only got one but unfortunately it's one that you can't avoid.  I'm highly alergic to perfume and females think they need to either bathe in it or drink it.  I can't even hide at home to avoid it as the young girl next door just reeks from it.  Within seconds of her leaving her condo I have to open doors and windows to get rid of the smell.  What ever happened to the days when perfume was to be sensuous and alluring?  Now it's worn so strong you can taste it when you are within feet of the person.  Okay my rant is over!  Good luck on your PT today and hopefully the docs can find something to help with the allergies.  HAGD  TTYL

I loved Venice.  Another place with so much history to see.  I don't have a bad thing to say about the place and would go back in a heart beat.
