gabriele ! Was there a storm that brought the tree down? On tiny pic, you have to choose the line that gives a "Direct Link for Layouts" at least that's what I use...the others don't work.
CEK will bring news and pictures later, I'm sure. Prepare yourselves, those who don't care for her....it's Peta's birthday today.
and they celebrated it late last night...rather than this evening, because the tour will be on the road this afternoon...headed to Bakersfield.
Costa Mesa tomorrow night.
I'm excited for you to start accupuncture, CEK. Never have experienced myself, but I do know a couple of folks who have benefited from it.

One year ago today, I became a member of this board......can't believe it!! After being kicked off ABC (for no apparent reason), I was freaking out about not being able to talk to you all. Carrie talked me through the pitstop at the other board (forgot the name, lol) where we met up and made our way here!! I am beyond grateful for that!!
I remember running in the house, after summer school, to see if there had been any MnM sightings, lol!! Remember when Maks posted the pic of him and Meryl after their dinner together (first time after the win)? We all went crazy with joy........those were the days!
I am running to my daughter's house to help a little with the baby......will certainly try to be here tonight!! Some anniversary fun and games would be awesome!! Love you guys...........xoxoxoxoxo

I couldn't let midnight come without dropping by to say how very glad I am that we sisters all made it to this message board. July 14, 2014 was an adventurous evening. Did not expect that kind of adventure related to a message board. But then except for the ABC board, I have not been on another message board.

Congratulations, Cassidy, on your new grandson.
I wish you all a joyful year to come and am so very grateful to those of you who post more often and strengthen our bonds. And even though I am not on that often, I do think about the matters each of you has shared and pray for healing whether it is from bullying, from broken bones, from ear infections, from losing a dad or a mom, or having a healthy daughter having to fight cancer, or the daily grind of teaching even when you love teaching, or an autistic child, etc., etc. It is wonderful to behold the support that so many of you give to each other. Thank you all. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

Because it is anniversary time: One of my strongest memories is of you, Luv, rowing over to the ABC Board and coming to my defense and blaming yourself when I quoted from an article that you posted on this board and posted the quote on the ABC board. I was surprised. But isn't that exactly what sisters do for each other? Someone on the ABC board had taken exception and suggested I had misrepresented the article, maybe even purposely. And then of course we found out a few weeks later that the article you posted was correct and I had accurately quoted it.
Aw, that is a strong memory for me too. Couldn't let the ABC posters think ill of you. The song "I'll stand by you", keeps popping into my head......and that is what the sisters do....we stand by each other.....
Friendship is a priceless gift that can't be bought or sold, its value is far greater than a mountain made of gold.
May this FriendSHIP always have wind in its sails and a sunrise on the horizon.

Hey Tennessee...yes how is your house coming???
I am having a hard enough time getting a bathroom done, I don't think I could handle building a house at my age...LOL
Well ... let's just say we are FINALLY all moved in - long story, short, is that we built with a custom builder on a vacant lot on a fully developed street - most of the other houses are 20-25 years old. Our lot was sold to us as having "city sewer" which we later found out it did not - and septic wasn't going to work on the lot. At the point we found out the house had already been sheetrocked. Ummm ... yeah ... so anyway ... the details aren't even really worth getting into, but it was pretty ugly. VERY happy to say we now have running water and flushing toilets!!!!! Hip-hip-hooray!!!! 😜
All that aside ... CONGRATS to Cassidy again on beautiful Tristan (in case she missed my post near the end of the last thread). April ... hope you are healing well, mama ... always thinking of you and your daughter. I know many in our group have been dealing with physical and emotional trials ... I want you all to know that even though I don't post often that I am continually sending wishes for peace and love in your directions. What a fabulous group of women we are! Cheers to US!! 😊😘
