This response may be offensive to some but to me it speaks the absolute truth!  He is NOT the person I started following during season 18 in any way!  Without that tie to Meryl, the glow is gone!

Wow, perhaps Bitsy needs to get a life or at the very least seek professional help.  To be that upset because two people that you will never ever have any kind of personal relationship with are not together is quite troubling.  It's been a year.  These tumblr people need to let go of their hate and go out and do something fun.


But then again, I guess I am no one to talk.  I just spent the past few days crying my eyes out with my mom because our favorite baseball player was traded.  A player who was beloved like no other in the city of Philadelphia.  He brought the first championship back to Philly after a 20 some year drought. A world series MVP who started a foundation in the city and has raised over one million dollars to Philly schools and Africa.  Seeing him in a Texas Rangers uniform makes me sick to my stomach and a sadness that I just can't understand because it's baseball!!!!!  I will never accept the move and he will forever be my favorite baseball player.

I don't see Bitsy as being an obsessive fan, I see her as being observant and calling it like it is. No matter how much we want these people to be perfect, they aren't and never will be.  There is not a thing she said in her comments that isn't true.  Maybe it is the fans who delude themselves into thinking that Maks belongs on a pedestal that need the psychiatric assistance.  To glorify Maks isn't being fair to him.  A much healthier attitude would be to concede that he is human like the rest of us with his share of faults.  Just saying....

I have never put Maks on a pedestal.  I defend him and Peta because I think the hate that they get on this board is absolutely ridiculous and unwarranted.  I don't think I have ever said that Maks was better than Meryl or that Maks can do no wrong or anything putting Maks above Meryl.  I just think it's really silly to call him and Peta names because he is not dating Meryl.  If that makes me delusional, then so be it.  I feel like I am not a bad person who intentionally speaks bad about other people and I can hold my head up high.  It's Maks and Peta and Meryl's life and they can be with whomever they want.
