Re: Dishin' With The Sisters: Lucky 21

And some cancer news.

My ex- husband texted my hubby (they have know each other longer than I have known either of them )

The scan that he had a while ago showed a largish spot in one lung, smaller spot in the other.  There was some talk of possible lymph involvement.

That's when he came to our town, came over to visit, etc. which I mentioned here a week or so ago.

He has now been to Minneapolis, they poked in there and did the actual biopsies.

The text message:  Negative

!!

Re: Dishin' With The Sisters: Lucky 21

I have not yet spoken to my son who will have more information I'm sure.  But he will be at the birthday event this evening.

So, some good news....for now.

Here is my Bindi...in a cute video and interview.

‘We’re going to put you in these heels,’ and I don’t think they realized that I had never worn heels before so I stood up and instantly fell down,” Bindi revealed. “Yeah, it was a good start to a great adventure.”

And she talks about her dad some.

I'm glad, especially for your children and grandchildren.  He must be planning the party of parties right now after having done the farewell tour already.  !!

Hi Sisters!

We're having a long weekend as well.  It's Royal Adelaide Show and the schools choose a day to close so everyone can have a day mid-week to take their kids.  We are not going.  I couldn't walk around for one hour, let alone half a day or a day.  But instead my little guy settled gladly for the new Disney Infinity 3.0 game which was released this week and the bag full of Starwars figurines to go with it.

Ok, starting the betting!!!!   I finally got around to look up the contestants in Wikipedia and watch the GMA reveal.  Without having seen anyone dance and on personality only, my guess is it is between Sharna and Derek.  Hopefully Sharna can nail it.  Can't imagine she will get such a capable celebrity again soon.  And Derek.....  well, Derek could win dancing with anyone or anything.

First ones to go, perhaps the cook with Louis?  I hadn't heard of her, but read a bit on the controversy since, so expected her to come out candidly in the interview.  Gained the impression she sees herself as a victim of the fallout.....  ???  Louis hinted at the need to work more or even just what they are scheduled for..... Have to admit, taking the centre of attention and peddling the book at the GMA reveal became a tad grating  (pun intended....).  So, not disappointed if she goes early.  Would love to see Louis' work though, as he was before S.18 when I followed

So what is the Royal Adelaide Show?????

It's the annual agricultural and horticultaral show of our state, since 1840.  So you get this....

and also this....

South Australia is a smaller state with under 2 mio people.  You would be used to everything being at a much grander scale, april.
