    Our air quality here is very good.  The clear, clean air we are accustomed to.  I have heard that with the cooler weather out West, and even snow at the higher elevations, that things are better almost everywhere.

    This is our current US map.

    And I was being sarcastic....but I genuinely am physically active during the summer/fall.  It is during the long cold winters that I need some indoor exercise and the treadmill has been great.  I'd like to teach our one dog - if she's not too old for new tricks - how to walk it.
