Hey, Sistas! Hope everyone is doing well.
Winding down after returning from a whirlwind trip to our daughter's for her 1995 NCAA national softball team's induction into the Humboldt State University (Arcata, CA) Hall of Fame. It was crazy busy the entire time! Players (and several players' parents) were in for the induction and related activities which included the Annual Alumni Softball Game and Homecoming activities. My daughter and another pitcher were captains that year so they were tasked with accepting the honor on behalf of the team and introducing the players. Brought back some amazingly wonderful memories. They made it very entertaining by using the coach's loyalty to the Marine Corps as the theme. The coach and his assistant that year (also a close personal friend of my daughter's) had commemorative t-shirts made up. The slogan on the back just tickled me...and still makes me smile. It says, "The older we get, the better we were." There is a saluting Marine underneath it. Very funny!!
In addition to those events, we went on a 1st grade field trip to the pumpkin patch, babysat the little one for 2 days, which was great, took the eldest to her horse back riding lesson and gymnastics, watched the middle one's soccer game, and even had time to start (but not finish!) the pink "Spider Girl" costume for the middle granddaughter. Funny, because she was deathly afraid of spiders until she had a Come to Jesus moment late one nite in July that required that I console her and straighten out the misconceptions that someone had put into her head. Suddenly she is no longer afraid of spiders and is going to be Spider Girl!! Go figure!!! Wonders never cease!
Hoping to be able to hit the MB more often--at least for the foreseeable future. Alot of things are still happening, but at least we have a bit more control of ourselves....perhaps!!

Hmmm is right. What provoked this? 😳😳😳
It would really be nice if Lizzie had a better grasp of English so she could communicate accurately what she thinks she needs to say!!! Everything she tweets seems fraught with grammatical and spelling errors even in the simplest messages!!!

Good evening, sisters. Hope you've had a good day. Gorgeous weather here, on the back side of the jet-stream.
Well, look what E online is reporting about Ms Miller. We may have to change our boardgame somewhat, especially if she goes to jail.Ouch..... what has me puzzled is how she hoped to get away with it when the activity this is based on (Dance Mums) is so public. I guess we might find out. Btw, I thought she had lost a lot of weight? What's with that?
The boldest and brashest seem to be the ones who think the rules don't apply to them!! Good luck, ALM....justice can be brutal and I don't think you have the stature in society not to have to pay a price for your actions somewhere.

You've heard that now they say there will not be a double elimination this next Monday...
If we believe "them"...and there is only 1....are we all going with Paula? Or would one or two of you like to go against the odds?I'm going with Paula for elimination.
Can you please take down Andy for my first elimination, view. I desparately need a chance to win a point when no one else does.
Just in case there is a surprise double elimination, Paula is my second one to go. Thx.
For top of the leaderboard, I'll have Sharnick.
Hey, View!
This week I'd like to keep Paula in the elimination column and Crikey at the top of the leader board.
Thanks!!

I am so curious who the pros will be next season. It seems that a lot of people have loved having Karina, Anna, Louis back on the show. And Anna certainly did the best she could with Gary, don't you agree? Paid her dues.
I've liked them all as well....hope they come back. Have not missed Peta a lick...and if she is "busy" elsewhere, so be it!

Gotta go and think about something for supper. The MB has been slow so I'm a bit frustrated!
Hope to get back later.

I know.... I had to add my own punctuation to try to make some sense of it. And then you have to wonder if it refers to Maks' interview.
