DDN Sports Breaking News: ALEK SKARLATOS TERROR TRAIN HERO TO BE HONORED ... at World Series
According to TMZ Sports: Alek Skarlatos – one of the heroes who took down a gunman on a Paris-bound train this summer – has been invited to Game 3 of the World Series to be honored by Major League Baseball.
DDN Sports has confirmed … MLB reached out to Skarlatos earlier this month and he’s all about it! One source close to the hero says he considers it a “once in a lifetime opportunity.
"We’re told MLB plans to cover the cost of the fight to NYC for the game. No word if he’ll be honored before or during Game 3 – we’re told both sides are still finalizing the plans.
Pretty awesome.

Too bad.1
War vet Noah Galloway — who placed third on Season 20 of Dancing With The Stars with partner Sharna Burgess — notoriously popped the question on live TV to girlfriend Jamie Boyd back in May.
1 Despite saying 'yes,' the pair have decided to call off their five-month engagement via Instagram on Monday.
Related: Here's What Happened To Past Bachelor & Bachelorette Romances In a heartfelt post, Boyd penned:
[quote888]"After long and careful consideration, Noah and I have decided to end our engagement. We love each other deeply and we're confident we will remain friends. We can't thank you enough for all your unwavering love and support. It has meant, and means, so much to us so we wanted to share this with you firsthand. This is a very difficult time and we appreciate y'all for respecting our privacy as we go through this."
Noah took his own page to confirm the news with a lovey picture of the two, saying:

I had heard that Witney had a melanoma removed in the past....I had no idea it was the year she became a pro!, or that it was on her foot. My goodness. Glad she's getting the No Tanning Bed message out there.

This is Game 3, as the article says, BUT TONIGHT, do you know that Andy Grammer will be singing the National Anthem - in less than an hour - Game 1 of the World Series.
