Thank you for the concern, it is appreciated. Just heard from my friend. He just talked with his daughter and she is safe. Her building is still on lock down, however.

I am so glad to hear that his daughter is okay. What a terrible, fearful, experience to go through. I hope that you are feeling "okay" too. Being that close to something so horrific does give a person "pause" and a "unsafe, scared" feeling. Take care Gunner......thanks so much for updating. Is this still on going? That last I heard, they thought they had the three people involved. Now, I scan the news on my home page computer and it sounds like only two have been caught/killed. Anyway, Gunner I hope you are safe.

Sooooooooooo glad to hear she is OK Gunner......that is scary.....I will continue to pray for her as she goes through processing all the emotion she must be feeling ......I hope you are well too my friend, this one was close to home for you ((((hugs))))

Oh, so I have to share this with you ladies. My daughter found out that her new bf likes DWTS! They were geeking out over Bindi.
And, April, some of her friends were trying to come up with their ship name, but she told me that she likes "R2D2." (Big surprise--they are both huge Star Wars fans.)LOL......I love that they have adopted April's ship name for them. Do we now have more extended "DWTS" family?
Maybe, they would like to play our guessing game for next season. lol
Humm......Gabriele does have some wonderful prizes. hehe.
Glad that their ship is sailing strong.
Hahaha...... dolphin and celtic cross are gone, but left over heart with amethyst within marcasite is be rolled over to season 22. Now, I'll need a safe place to put it so it can be found when the time comes. It's my specialty to keep things in such 'special' places that I never remember afterwards. I should ask view to keep track for me. *lol*
Seeing we are such a bunch of talented people, view an the crochet pot holders or ladder yarn necklaces, CEK and the sepia photography, Jet and quilting and I knit socks..... 
Wouldn't it be cool to have a price 'pool' of things created by the sisters? At least it would pass time until the next season, right?

April...........yes, this about 5 miles from my house as the crow flies...........scarey stuff. A good friend of mine has a daughter that works there. She has not returned his calls so he is just worried sick. He lives in northern California, so difficult when he is so far away.
Jet is 50+ miles away.
It has definitely made the world news (I haven't caught up with the sad news myself yet), but have been out for a spot of pre-Christmas shopping and overheard it being discussed in a little shop here in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia where I live. Will go and have a look now what happened.

Argh.... just looked up the San Bernardino shootings. Is is just me or do these tragedies happen with more and more carnage and less time between them????? My thoughts go out to you all as your country goes through such troubled times. xox

Today, December, 3 is International Day of Persons with Disabilities as proclaimed by the UN in 1992.

Is there a connection with the shooting being in a Disability Centre? Haven't found anything on that aspect of it.
