I just sat down to google some ideas for dressing up a couple of Mason Jars - canning jars that is. The contents are a gift for a couple of friends.
Did get a couple of cute ideas.
So...I am just saying good night. Days are busy, but I don't want to fall out of the habit of saying at least hello and good-bye between now and the next season of the show.
OHHHHH......I love mason jar crafts!!!! have you seen the candles??????
These are so pretty...I followed the picture backwards and found the instructions for making the candles. Another lady had a good video.
But my Mason jars are going to be full of home made Chai Tea concentrate. I have a girlfriend who loves Chai tea and buys the little tin of instant in the store. I think she'll like this you mix equal parts the concentrate and milk or silk or almond milk, etc. Serve heated or iced.
My 'chai' is a black loose leaf tea to which I add spice mix. There are recipes of dry spice mixes which I put together myself, a bit different every time. Only drawback is that you have to remember not to drink to the last drop, as the last mouthful has all the sediment grit.

I kept a few for a number of years and the grew quite large. They remained green though. The colour never came back.
