I probably won't be on with you all tonite as we are going to the VFW for Taco Nite! We'll be there a bit early as hubby has to go to a 7PM meeting about 20 min. away....so we want to be first in line (HAHA!!) and have the chance for a quick drink and chat with the others there before the lineup starts.
Will check in before we go if I can and when I get home...maybe a half hour before the show finishes up.
I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

Hi, Jet! Just checking the board after my school run....and WHAT?! I knew I was tired and rushed...but who in their right mind would have picked it the way I charted it.
So here it is updated. Good to keep an eye on me, I'm far from infallible. Looks like you could possibly win, Jet. Better be thinking what color Audi you want.
Don't we have a sister who's a bookkeeper or accountant or something? Or was. We may need to increase our dues or indulge in a little creative bookkeeping in order get the winner her Grand Prize.

Well, today is the first REAL day of "fall weather" here in SoCal. How do I know? When I left the house this morning (in my shorts and t-shirt!) I actually came back in to get a jacket (that I didn't wear) because it was actually chilly. I think the high may have hit 69 or 70 but not much more...and a cool ocean breeze makes the wind chill noticeable.
YEA, FALL!!! Cracked out my fall wall hangings....after not even putting up anything for Halloween!

You're funny, View!! Thanks for the correction. I'm about the unluckiest and worst predicter of anything, so getting 2 points last nite is a BIG DEAL!!! LOL I almost thought I should guess Alek to go home.....but my heart wouldn't let me! LOL

Hey, Everyone,
So sorry I missed even being able to say *hi* last nite. Things went south on the Taco Nite...so we had to punt! Turned out that there was so little response to Taco Nite that they canceled it after last week, after we had talked about it with the guy who said he made the tacos!!! So we went next door to the pizza shop and got something there! The boys were seriously late for their meeting...and BOO HOO....I wasn't home till after the show ended and you all were gone! But life goes on.....
Decided to just watch the show and catch up on the MB comments afterwards. Not nearly as much fun as chatting while you all watch and I get to know the outcome in advance! However, I will say that I did REALLY give out an audible *yelp* when Alek was safe!!! LOL
I thought both the sambas really sucked but his was the worst!!! I find it amusing that as low as the judges keep scoring him, he manages to survive!!
VIEW: If you see this, please note that you reversed my guesses for last nite...honest! (Nice try...just kidding!! I know I was skating in under the wire.) It was Nick on top and Andy to go home...so I should have a point for both, actually! I'll quote the post from yesterday after this.
