 I had mine reset to factory settings a couple of months ago.  Then I realised that the external harddrive I had backed up to had viruses through the backup.    ​
 

I hope that is not what is wrong with mine...I originally had what they call the "blue screen of death" It just froze and it never recovered from it.  

I am going to get on the phone with my tech people in the morning...I have just been busy and not taken the time to do it the past couple days...I can type but can't find Word and a couple other programs that should have been installed when they redid the reset...

Here's to a good and productive day.  Hope you all are feeling well and rested. 

I feel better about the state of affairs....today I got lots of little incidental things done....hubby helping with gift wrapping (as he usually does).
