Happy belated Birthday to Tango and Annie !!!!

We didn't make valentines boxes like the ones April posted when I was in elementary school.  Instead, the teachers would pass out white paper bags and we would decorate them with red and pink construction paper.  I also remember our valentines being way better than the ones they've come out with nowadays.

Hi April...sorry I missed you.  I am so happy our niece is keeping her counts up and will continue to send prayers they stay up...Again I am happy for your son on his accomplishment as well.  

I do remember those boxes and making the envelopes out of construction paper and hanging them on the back of our desk chairs for our classmates to put our cards in....

 
HAHA!!!  I remember making both of those.  We did the decorated paper bags when I was in school...and I think that it was with our kids that the shoe boxes were in vogue!!  A little upgrade from the generic paper bag!!!  LOL  Fun times, tho.

Sent the 5 grandchildren a personalized pencil box with valentine's pens and erasers and colored pencils for Valentine's day this year.  They also get a card with 10 bucks in it....a little mad money.  I think they like the idea of getting mail more than what's in it!!!  LOL
