Yup....me tooOK and I don't think it's tea party food ....but if we're doing the England thing we have to have "Bangers and Mash"

Did the can have a photo on it?? It is hilarious whenever someone says it!!! It's like a plum pudding, I guess the can shape gives it the "dick" part....and the spots are from raisins or some such dried fruit that is visible on the outside. They serve it with something like a thin frosting or custard. Can't remember which. It's been a while since I've had it!!!!!!yeah it had a pic....LOL.....but they were 17 and 19 at the time...LOL....all they needed was the name
OH,I know....that's all it takes to make everyone laugh---especially people who don't know what it is!! LOL
LOL...makes me wonder if people from Britain get what cracks us Americans up over it...LOL

I remember that from my kids' school but not from my own! I probably wasn't paying attention that day!! LOL
Yes, I remember it. What a great teacher! Hey, have any of you read any of Jan Karon's books from The Mitford series? To add to the sweets at our tea we should have some Esther's prize winning Orange Marmalade Cake.
I was unable to bring the photo and the recipe over, but here is the link:
