Count me in too.  Seems like a lot of sisters are MIA.  Wish they would pop in and say "something", even if it is that they decided to leave the board.  Not knowing what happened to them is concerning.

This is interesting!!  Guess Val needs to figure out how to have a private life and a dancing life.  Must be pressure on him....maybe self-imposed?  When you don't think about it and just live life, it all happens!!  Of course, it's important not to be so picky that no one out there is perfect enough for you.....since we are all flawed and need to realize that, learn to accept our flaws and allow others to have theirs.  But what do I know?!!!  LOL

New face for cover girl

One of the most wonderful surprises of my life is that teaching high school, both literature and music, turned out to be a joyful, joyful experience.  I happened to see the first week of season 16 of DWTS, and a teenager was on, a very beautiful one.  I continued to watch for two reasons:  to see how Val worked this very beautiful 16 year old young woman and to see how this very beautiful young woman handled fame, head to head competition, and how she related to others.  I have enormous respect for Zendaya.   She will speak out fearlessly about things that matter, and she does so without blowing up and name calling. It is my admiration for Val and how effective he was as a teacher in working with this very beautiful young woman that led me to do some research on him and ultimately led me to watch season 18.  So you could say that Zendaya and Val are responsible for my becoming a sister on this message board.
