DWTS Season 23 Watchout: How About Robert Palmer Watkins?
Soap Central is reporting General Hospital’s Robert Palmer Watkins is all on board to dance on Dancing With The Stars after fans petitioning for him to dance. Usually petitions don’t pan out, but, I thought it was interesting that he is following @DancingABC and Witney Carson (screenshot below). Could something be up? If so, how do you like him paired with Witney? Thanks to Jamie for the first heads up.
Fans of the actor have been very vocal about how much they’d love to see Watkins compete on the show and have even started a petition, which hasn’t gone unnoticed by the heartthrob. “Apparently people are rallying for me to be on Dancing With the Stars. Been getting a lot of messages,” he wrote on Instagram. “For the record I’m totally on board!”

Kym Johnson Hangs Up Her Dancing Shoes, But, Hopes To Be On DWTS All Access
Kym Johnson tells ET Online she won’t be dancing on Dancing With The Stars. However, we might see her on DWTS All Access. Below is more including thoughts from Robert who would love to dance again on the show. So cute…
Herjavec, where she said she isn’t returning to the hit ABC show.
“I love the show and I love to still be part of it but, you know, I still want to hang up my dance shoes and what a way to end,” Johnson told ET when asked if she’s appearing on the new season. “It’s like, ‘thank you, Dancing With the Stars.”
However, the fan favorite – who’s also a judge on the Australian version of the show — said she still might be appearing on the DWTS: All Access online show. Johnson started appearing on the DWTS in 2006, and has won the coveted mirror ball trophy twice — in season 9 with Donny Osmond, and season 12 with NFL pro Hines Ward. She sat out season 10 and took a break after season 16, making a return four seasons later, when she was partnered with Herjavec.
Hilariously, it’s actually 53-year-old Herjavec who’s eager to get back into the ballroom. The businessman was paired with Johnson for season 20 — when sparks obviously flew between the two. They ended up finishing in sixth place.
“I am going to go back and dance with somebody else so I can win the mirror ball this time,” he joked about being “distracted.” “I blame you Kym. Yeah, if you weren’t there I would of won.”
