April, this is such good news; thanks for sharing. People magazine has a short article about a guy who had the same thing -- happened when he was 19 -- and he's been through a lot. However, he is now doing well and thankful to be on the road to recovery.

This is indeed a Fun Fact, vmmmom.  Except I don't really know what it means. What is Masters synchronized swimming?

Aww.

Masters is a category of synchro for adults ages 20 and over. For kids there is Novice, intermediate, Age Group, Junior, and Senior. (And there's also collegiate, but you can do that along with Senior.) You can stay at the Senior level when you turn 20, but once you switch over to Masters you can't go back, so then you aren't eligible for the Olympics.

So happy for you and niecey!  I'm glad niecey is through the rough patch she had to endure.  Are you able to get rid of some branches of the Christmas tree already?  Happy Dance!  xox


 

CEK...I'll ask my husband about the generator.  We have owned one, and they were used frequently on the jobsites.
