    I would say they fell into lust rather than growing into love. As that song, "It was just one of those things" says, "It was too hot not to cool down." I hope they are both okay with not being together.
     

    I was hoping that we will be spared a fauxmance in the upcoming season because of this relationship commitment. Now we have to have hope the partner will be somehow out of the romance range, because we know production is all for it....

    Those bullet suspenders/braces cleverly disguise the hint of beginning love handles.  Have to remember that as a styling tip.

    Good Saturday morning, Sisters!

    We've had a bit of light rain overnite but the sun is trying to burn through.  Clouds are lighter coming from the west now...and the dark ones have moved east....YEA!!  Ready to dry out for a few days, I am.  Need to do a bit of weed pulling and Roundup shooting between the paver tiles!  It is seldom a problem considering the lack of rain over the past several years.  I did hear today that they have had 35 ft. of snow on Mammoth Mountain, which is about....hmmmmm....let me think.....about 3/4 of the way to Sacramento maybe?  I'd say about 300 miles northeast.  I'm sure the skiers are LOVIN' IT...as are the operators of the resorts!  Mammoth is a quaint little place.  We've been there a couple times (back in the '90's!).  Now we go to Tahoe or Brian Head, UT for the snow experience usually (when daughter and family are going to one of those places).  With all this snow, we don't seem to have a trip scheduled to it this year!!!  LOL

We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

    The gossip people tend to pretty much get it right.  Of course, it could be on-again-off-again quite easily!!  LOL

    I agree with you, Annie....I always thought they were a bit of an "odd couple"....just kind've awkward.  We'll see if there is a revival down the road somewhere!! LOL

    I set up the DVR to record the Colgate ice skating show this afternoon.  Noticed that Robert Herjavek is co-hosting with Kristi Yamaguchi.  Wasn't that the gig that Maks either bailed on or was relieved of about 2 years ago when he was in the doldrums and acting weirdly?
