I love carrot cake...My MIL makes one that is yummy...I may have to make one now especially since my MIL isn't here anymore and it is to far to run to Florida to get one...LOL
The carrot cake experiment, if you will, tastes nice! It has cream cheese icing with walnuts sprinkled on top. Sent some of it home with my friend (who had the birthday). She is a widow so lives alone with her 2 dogs and a bird!!! LOLThe carrot cake sounds fabulous. That was my husband's favorite; my daughter's was Italian Cream Cake.
Carrot Cake was the one my son always wanted for his birthday cake. I love them...did you put walnuts or pecans in yours??? I love walnuts in mine!!!
