    Normani had a birthday party and Rashad and Val were there...there are some tumblr videos but not sure if anyone can see them if I post them and I am not sure how to post them any other way....Let me know if you can or can't see the videos I will post a couple maybe.

    There are ones of the practice for "Love on the Floor" too.
