'Thanks! I always write my SIL on his birthday. He and I always exchanged greetings on our birthdays because we were both the 18th (in different months, tho). So I send her his happy birthday greeting....and she likes that.

Awwwww,thanks, April....they are such a cute group! Still title girls with bouncing enthusaiasm. Today they went to breakfast (the hotel is feeding us in a conference room) in their PJ's...then lined up and gave the parents a fashion show of their outfits! Very, very cute!!! You see the personalities in that sort of thing. Granddaughter is not extroverted that way.....except at home! But she was cute too!

going ok....she is still needing transfusions though but holding steady......my son's birthday is tuesday so she has been having fun helping me get ready for that

its his 21 st b-day so we are going to do a small party for him....it can't be huge because Niecey still can't be in big crowds but its going to be nice

Who is your favourite this season? Have you had a chance to look at the bios/soundbites yet?
If I manage to vote, it will be for Bonner/Sharna. I like the fact they have a genuine country guy on. Let's hope he doesn't have two left feet or that Sharna manages to conceal it at least.

Glad to hear that you and Niecey don't have any medical emergencies atm. It is a marathon, not a sprint, isn't it? Any idea when the transfusions can be scaled back?

Hi Jet! Just spotted you. Will be leaving in a couple of minutes to take my little guy for a visit with his Dad. Those quilts of yours are magnificent. Have you ever kept a record of how many hours you spend on one? Just looking at them, I can almost feel physically how all the love that went into making them would envelop one extra cosy. I had a look at that travel diary of yours.... You're going flat out there. Do you need a beach holiday from your adventure holiday? *lol*

LOL LOL....very funny. I think we may need a holiday after our holiday!!! LOL. We do have 3 extra days here after the team goes home on Monday. So that will be a bit less strenuous!! LOL

Glad you liked the quilts! I haven't logged how many hours it has taken for each one but I do sew a label on the back on which I have numbered each one. I think I'm at about 121....since January 2000!!! The numbers don't include quilts I make for donations to charities such as the wounded vets, etc. I've been into "panel" quilts more recently....start with a panel and add borders and maybe some piecing. I used to call those "cheaters" but I've kind've ightened up on myself over the years!! LOL

yeah a tumblr would probably know how.....we could try asking one .....hmmmm.......I am into Sharna and Bonner so far too.....LOL.....I am on the verge of shipping here...LOL......Niecey is into Heather and Maks though
