Oh, Gabriele...didn't realize you were on either!! Sorry to have missed you. It seems that we often frequent the same "time zone", doesn't it?!! The 3 hour difference between east and west coast here must be a factor.

Same with me, CEK. I notice the difference for about a week, I would say. We are going to MD next Thursday so we will get a 4 hour change (with DST) by week's end!! LOL. I've read that adjusting to jet lag actually takes 1 day for each hour of time difference. It is easier going east than coming west (into the sunset which makes the day longer). My own experience has been that on international trips, Day #4 is THE WORST! After that your body is pretty much turned around.
I didn't know you were having trouble Jet...so this just started...hope it is not something on my end causing the problem with you all viewing....

I know what you mean about the time change and with you traveling the time difference from west to east coast and dealing with DST you have a double wammy. It took me forever to get use to the time change when we flew to Hawaii...lucky they don't do DST...wish we didn't either....

Funny Jet we were talking about this yesterday and today there is an article in our daily paper about how it is bad for a persons health to change the time....

Some interesting "stuff" there, CEK....but I have to laugh because no matter how you slice and dice it, there are still 24 hours in the day!!! I know that the fall back can increase depression but the miscarriages in the spring vs. fall seemed a bit strange (and perhaps not well substantiated?). Thanks for posting those articles. I think it substantiates why we shoul just never mind the whole thing!!! LOL
