    A friend of mine made a cut grass/flower "bunny nest" in the yard and put several colored eggs in it. Her daughters would find it on Easter Sunday morning.

    I go to church on Saturday night to The Great Easter Vigil service that lasts 2-3 hrs. instead of one of our Sunday services where you have to go more than an hour early to get a seat. I'm taking a class right now, "Walking Through Holy Week" that leads up to Easter. 


     

    that is awesome!!   I love the idea of the bunny nest    that is so cute.....Niece and I made the peeps ginger bread bird houses that one of you guys had told me about into a bunny village one year....LOL....then also figured out they mad a cute "reindeer village" for Christmas too ....just dyed the coconut yellow for straw instead of green for grass....then put some regular coconut on top for snow

    Hi April, hope you are doing well.  Good to see you.

    I always by "Easter socks" for the girls in the family, it is a tradition to get them all socks for the different holidays.  Target usually has them in their dollar bins. The grandchildren have a Easter Egg Hunt at their house and we go over there to see what the Easter Bunny brings them.  I usually write "Easter Bunny Letters" for the grandchildren too.  We try to go to our local nursery to do the "Easter Lilly Tour" and the Easter Bunny is there too.
    I will make Hot Cross Buns but since my MIL moved to Florida we really don't do a big family dinner because most of them are doing their own thing now since all the grandchildren except mine are grown.

    We dye Eggs (several dozen) and watch the Ten Commandments.

    There are a lot of Rabbits that run free here and leave their own "little jelly beans", so I am not too keen on putting "food" or "treats" in the yard. LOL

    awesome Luv!!!  we dye eggs here too....and we always make deviled eggs and dye the whites to make them springy....they are really cute....and for a hint.....LOL....if you do them for St. Patrick's day and dye the egg white green....they make really cute "pot's of gold" (you can slice the egg the other way so they stand up a bit more like a pot)....LOL....and for Christmas, dye them red and green and fourth of July some red, some blue and leave some white

    OMG!!!!!!  LOL!!!!!!!  Ok so how many of you are wondering if he was still "spying" on there when we were on there!!!!!LOL!!!!  I do remember a user that kept misspelling Maks name as Max and how frustrated we got with it.....LOL!!!! LOL!!!!! I am ssooooooooooo now trying to think of what all we said....LOL!!!!! do you guys think he joined in our planning the DWTS board game??????.....LOL!!!  and now all those times we wondered how an inside joke of ours would randomly pop out of one of them, like the Val CPR thing,....hmmmmmmmm......LOL!!!!!........laughing so hard right now wondering what they must have thought of all our antics if they were still popping in then.....LOL!!!!!






    If he did read all our weird antics (esp if we subjected him to our "odd" conversation, that one night...LOL)  all I can say is.....LOL!!!!




    Oh and I wonder if he knows what the "Lolli-pop guild" is.....LOL!!!!LOL!!!!!

    Hi April, hope you are doing well.  Good to see you.

    I see they closed Typhoon Lagoon at WDW because it was to chilly there.  WOW I am so ready for spring and the weather to stop jumping around so much.  I am sure the folks up north of us are even more ready.

    i never thought of dyeing the whites. i like it. lol  I love the idea of little pots of gold, under a rainbow of colored eggs. hehe

    Oh Man!!!   There were times when it seem like the DWTS people had a "spy" over on the board, too many things said over there came up in connection to the show, pros and stars, and to think that it may be Val....well, I hide in shame. LOL  All of the joking with him. LOL  Good thing he wasn't as serious with Jenna at the time or I may have had a "contract" put on me. LOL

    Seriously though, it was so much fun, but to think that it actually made it back to the fam and the show, well that is a little unnerving. They must think we were a bunch of nuts. LOL  Oh well, I guess I will own that. LOL AND...I shouldn't be surprised, everthing put on the internet can be found and go public. LOL

    BTW.......April.....post "our" little poem......I kind of wish "we" had saved our game and some of our party fun. LOL  It would be a blast to read. LOL
