Hi Sisters!
thankyou for the birthday wishes. I would not have recognised Maks in the emerging from the cake photo!! Not so sure about my birthday.... I broke a toe, just to make it special and memorable... *lol*
Glad the standard autumn DWTS season has been confirmed and we are spared watching the kids in full stage make up ect. Is this going to be the third or even fourth producer since the MnM season, supposedly leaving his mark on the show?!? I wouldn't mind having he Access show in the skybox (Dominic Bowden or whoever else..) back, but not holding my breath that there is going to be a more generous budget.
We have a new stowaway?! CEK/HRM, maybe some more spring cleaning?!? *lol*

Hi, all! Just wanted to tell you I finished reading Val''s book. It is EXCELLENT! Riveting in places, lots of stuff we knew but lots that is new! Good stuff about Maks as well as most of his partners. It is exceptionally well written and he did it himself. With an editor, of course, but no ghost writer. Not completely chronological which makes for interesting reading because you can't wait to get back to a part you left off at. It showcases Val at his best. He's a very intelligent and thoughtful person. I'm still a Maks girl through and through but I've gained a new admiration for Val. Can't wait to see them and get it signed on Tuesday. If you feel the urge to buy it. You won't be disappointed.

How is everyone doing today? I hope things are going good for you!
We are still seeing chilly weather here in VA and as the Weather Channel is predicting there is yet another "noreaster" brewing for next week....I mean really, enough already!!!
Make sure you all read Jets review of Val's book...looks like it may be one to read!!!
Update on my "insurance story" Well I had a 40 minute conversation with the adjuster a day ago and she is still standing by the answer that my medical treatment was not needed for my injuries and to move further they have requested the last 3 years records from the two doctors that I saw after the accident. She had the nerve to tell me that my xrays showed that I had "degenerative bone changes" in my neck....really I am 61 years old what do you expect....So hopefully I will hopefully get some response within the next two weeks.
