CEK....I see hurricane Florence is headed towards the Carolinas....are they expecting it to impact your area too??...and are your NC family in the path??

Hey April..They are saying that we will hopefully not have a direct hit (as it looks right now) but we will feel the effects of it with wind and rain. I do have family near Morehead NC but the remainder are in the middle of the state. My daughters best friend lives in Charleston SC.
We had a storm Saturday and lost power for a short time but the streets where I live and where my son lives were flooded. We have had so much rain that there is not many place for the water to go.
Hope you are doing well, looks like this one will skip FL.

Afternoon everyone. Hope you are all doing well.
Wanted to pop and and say HI. I just posted about the storm to a reply to April.
This has been a week, last Wednesday our AC stopped working, got it fixed. Yesterday the refrigerator stopped working, can't get if fixed till hopefully tomorrow as they had to order the part. So we are living out of a cooler. Everything had to go that was in there but a few things.
So I am trying to keep the insulin cool for the cats is my biggest concern right now.
I am going to try to post some news later got a million things to do getting ready for Florence!
Have a good rest of the afternoon...HUGS
