She did go to the pool yesterday and did some water aerobics....which she should do anyway. I think stationary or real bike riding might be good for it....at least strengthening.
I hear swimming is excellent and will not wear out the joints or muscles.
Swimming is great....no stress on the body or joints. Biking same.

No, I don't think so. It builds the leg muscles without pounding the joints like walking and particularly running. Also cardio....as is swimming, unless you just float around!!! LOL
