I saw for Covid prevention you should take daily doses of Vitamin D and Vitamin C and zinc a couple times a week. Zinc is absolutely required for the immune system, which is why the drugs they have tried for covid (hydroxychloroquine and Invermektin) are used with zinc and a Z-pac. My DIL who is an RN says that zinc allows the cells to accept and use the other drugs....it is an immune system booster, if you will.
I have been taking Zinc, especially when I plan to go out. I also take a few herbs that are suppose to boost the immune system.

I don’t know if they know that yet. Some antibodies last most of your life. I would expect for a virus they would last quite a while. They say once you have had a speciffic cold virus you never get it again. You get sick from a different one.I have heard that about the cold virus.
I know that is true with measles and I had every one of those there is. If it had spots I got it. LOL
YEah....we had all of those as kids too.

Some of the stores here have one door in and one door out. There are some with one way isles too. Those are pretty much done out here. I don’t think many paid attention to all of that anyway!!! Stores are now back to normal so far as shoppers and stock of items.
Here, some stores have a certain way you have to go down the aisle, but most are "normal". I just went out this week and the shelves were still not stocked of certain things. (Food stores, that is). I was very surprised, that a lot of food items are still an issue.
Hmmmm....ours are pretty much full now.

I have been taking Vitamin D for several years as I was deficient in it.

That is how it is here too Luv. I am having a hard time finding bread flour and yeast. Go figure. LOL. Oh and some diet sodas. My family like Fresca and they are nowhere to be found.
Wow. I am surprise that Fresca is hard to find. I think Pizza's, Tv dinners and other frozen foods are in shortage here.

I have thought about starting zinc. How often do you take it Luv...What herbs do you take if I may ask...I take Omega-3 and calcium.

Humm......no hunting for TP anymore....huh? LOL
Every time I go out to the store, I am amazed that things are still not in stock and workers say they are having issues with the supply companies.
