Our area (Chesapeake) has the highest percent of positive cases out of this area. Lucky Us.
I have been reading about all the colleges reporting positive cases since they have opened up
Oh my....hugs....stay safe.....
Oh man..this act......wow...can't thpe....too busy watching them...lol
The schools cancelled sports activities,, but parents and kids are protesting....so now they are reconsidering that.....and cases are still going up and school hasn't started yet....All the sports are cancelled here too after they stared and then the cases started happening with the athletes. I think all our public schools here except Virginia Beach they have not decided yet are going to be online. My son will be at the school but the students will not be there. I think some how the students that are special needs or have autism will be able to be in a school because they really need it but not sure how they will work that out.
We have some really dumb people here that just refuse to wear a mask and I just don’t understand. If everyone would maybe we could get rid of this stuff a little faster.
I really feel for the teachers, coaches and the others.....scary.....you want to teach and help the students...but how can you stay safe?

I tell you this year has been a huge mess and we still have 4 more months to go...
Yep....and I am afraid it just may get worse...lolI know with winter coming and the flu season ahead of us. I did hear that the flu season in the southern countries such as Australia was not as bad as they were predicting and I think we gage our flu season on what happens in Australia. I won’t never get out of the house again LOL
Really? Well, that is some good news, if the flu isn't too bad this winter......ah.....It has to be so hard to not be able to go out...I haven't been out for several weeks, but cabin fever is setting in.....don't know how you do it....lol

I know it has to be hard on them...I know my son hates this and my daughters teaching international students is going to be quite an experience because a few of her students are here in the US but the rest of them are all over the world in different time zones.
My son will be teaching what they call a “City Class” where he will be teaching students from all the different high schools and not just his home school. I think he has 27 students in his classes so far.

Staying home doesn’t really bother me the thing that makes it harder no is knowing I can’t really go out instead of being in the house and knowing I can if I really wanted to. I am just so afraid to chance it with my past issues with pneumonia. I figure with hubby going out to work that is enough exposure. He says the hospital is good about managing things and where he is at he never sees anyone but an occasional dr or nurse leaving or coming to work.
My daughter and her hubby are able to work from home and my daughter is as cautious as I am about going out. She has been in a long as me.

My daughter has been having meetings since last week and testing students for their class placement according on how well they are speaking English right now. My son luckily has all his already from the past years and the state tests they give each year for his subject are not going to happen this year.

Yep no problem at all. This iPad I am using of my SIL’s is one of his from his job and it is one of the newest ones and it is really nice. It has a great little key board that is made into the cover and it stands the iPad up. I like it but I have to give it back..LOL

I hope April didn’t do to much damage to her tooth tonight. I hate the thought of someone having to get a crown or something.

I am kind of like you...surprised...lol....twins again.....I actually, don't mind staying home..I am more of a home body anyway....but not being able to go out...or I should say....having to go out in a mask and always be wary of people and things, makes going out NOT FUN....it is more of a chore now and such....you spend more thing getting ready for the outside then being out side.....lol
Glad your hubby is safe at work and that your daughter and SIL are doing well and being careful. Doesn't your daughter have serious allergies or something? She would need to be very careful too.
