She had to take a standardized test last week as part of the application process to her favorite school. So it’ll be a bit before she hears, probably.Oh.....well, I will be crossing my finger and toes that she gets a scholarship there too. Nothing like having lots of choices.
THanks, Luv…..she is really hoping she is accepted there and gets enough to be able to afford to go. She has worked soooo hard and it has paid off. Now we just have to pray her dad doesn’t lose his job due to the covid mandate thing. We will do our best to help her our if possible.
*Prayers*

I have a off topic question...I am looking for a drip coffee maker because I am not a 100% fan of the Kerig makers...do any of you have any suggestions.
HAHA! Funny you should ask!!! I’ve had a Cuisinart drip coffee maker that I’ve been really happy with. I even had not broken the carafe nail about 3 weeks ago!!! I tried to find a replacement in stores locally (they no longer carry them since it has all gone Keurig. I don’t want that either. At the Cuisinart replacement store they were also out of stock!! So I made “camping coffee” for a couple weeks!! Ended up ordering a new 12 cup Cuisinart…just like the old one which was several years old…from Wayfair, where it was about 40% off. I was surprised how expensive they were, but bit the bullet anyway. I plan to purchase a replacement carafe for the next time I bonk it on the sink!!! LOL. usually that is an annual occurrence, but I had never broken one on the old one….so got my money’s worth out of it, I guess.
I was actually looking at that one...I am just not a fan of Keurig. I will sometime go up to Dunkin Donuts and get a cup of real coffee...
