    Exactly.....I remember being a kid and we always at church put on the kids Christmas play and it was always reenacting the Nativity scene .....but now days even a lot of churches have more modern Christmas plays for the kids ....not the Nativity .....or none at all

    NOW, that is REALLY sad.  How can Churches be THAT modern?  I know it is true.....but still.......it is insane.  I also hate when people wish you happy hoildays instead of Merry Christmas.....that is just a pet peeve of mine...lol

     
    Yep.....the newer kids plays have a Biblical message but to me it’s not the same as telling the story of Jesus birth

    totally agree.  I loved to watch a local tv Santa show here when I was a kid, he always read the Christmas Story out of the Bible...I think it was from Matthew......loved that as he always said that Christ was the reason for the season, even if he was in a Santa suit......

    I think the cookies and candy cane pushed Carter over the top for them to end up being the winner. LOL!!!!!

    OH MY!!!  Next week is the last of the LIght shows?  Maybe, the others were taped before the covid lock downs.......wow........short but sweet.......boo on only getting a few shows........but yay that we DID get a few shows. LOL
