Merry Christmas to all my sisters!! (((HUGS)))
Wanted to check in and let you know we are still alive and well out here on the Left Coast! It has been a busy Advent season…and tomorrow we will be driving up north to spend Christmas with daughter and family on the North Coast. She and the two younger kids have been here for nearly a week so we are returning home with them for the next week. We will drive one of their cars back so it can get a new paint job (it got a new engine under a recall last summer). Weirdly enough, where they live, there are no auto paint shops that will paint the entire car!! So we’ll use the car, get it painted, and then somewhere down the road, return it and maybe bring home another of their cars to store and use!! They have 4 cars now and only 2 drivers…so parking at their place is all taken up!! Long story as to why and how they have 4 cars, but only one is newer than 9 years old!!
Yesterday we took an outing to the American Girl Store at The Grove in West LA. You have seen The Grove a time or two on DWTS. It is really charming at this time of year. Youngest 2 granddaughters and grandniece (11) had a blast…but they came with their own money to indulge themselves (for the most part!). All 3 came home with a new doll and a few accessories.
My New Year’s Resolution will be to find more time to chat on the MB. I miss you all, but will really try to do a better job connecting on the board!!

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

I want to wish you all the Merriest of Christmas. It has been quite a year or two but I hope that you can take time to know what is most important to you during this time of year and it will follow you into the coming year.
I hope you were all able to spend time with the ones you love, we got to spend Christmas Eves Eve with my son and his family and it was quite emotional for me since I have not been able actually be with them in quite sometime. It was wonderful.
As we head towards 2022 my I wish you all good health, peace in your life and hope and prayers that we will come to a understanding of all that is happening.
You all are truly a blessing in my life and I am so happy to call you my friends/family/sisters!

OMG!!!! NOOOOOOOO......Betty White passed away.....it’s so sad....and just a few weeks before her 100th birthday.....I’m thinking we need to have a Golden Girls party on the 17th for her birthday.....anyone else in????
