Happy New Year to you all...
Hope you all had a good Holiday with family and friends.  
Well the start of 2022 hasn't been exactly as I would have hoped for.  Pabst had one of his tummy issues today, but he got his meds and is doing ok.  This afternoon my son let me know that his whole family is COVID positive.  Thank goodness I haven't been in close contact with them since the 23.  The weather for winter has been 74 degrees today and then is suppose to have a rain snow mix on Monday.  

I hate to say it but I am about excited to see a new year as I was to see Christmas this year.  I just don't feel the excitement of the holidays this year.  I normally am all caught up on my new calendars and getting the house back in non-Christmas mode but this year I am not even thinking about it.  

Well that is enough doom and gloom from me.  I hope you all had a great time this season and are ready to walk into a new year with positive thoughts.  I will have to work on that.

So in honor of the new year I will be staring a new thread today.  I will try to get a group email out but it may be in the morning since I am on the iPad and it is my bedtime.  LOL

I guess by now everyone knows about Betty White...another sprinkle on the cake of not so happy New Year news.  April suggested that we have a virtual Sisterhood Birthday Party for her that night.  It would be Monday January 17.  I will send out some information about it in the email.

Well that is about it for me tonight.  I have had so much put in my head today that I need to go to bed and clear my mind.  So I will start the new thread and get the emails out sometime in the morning.  

If you have a spare prayer could you mention my son and his family I know with 3 children they will need it.
