    LOL!! Once they reach black belt they have to have community service hours and have to have their school teacher sign a paper saying their grades and behavior at school are ok so they can test

    Yep…the forms (pattern) is actually the harder part….and once they reach brown they have to break wood to pass too

    Didn't D already try and succeed at doing that?  How many boards will he have to break when he goes for the Brown Belt?

     
    Three ….and yeah he’s gotten gold in the board breaking at the tournaments …he doesn’t have a problem with it but a lot of kids do…lol…he’s just not afraid of hurting himself…LOL

    COOL!!!!!!!!!!   So it is also a community thing too.  I like that aspect to it.  Speaking of community, have you delivered you Christmas surprises to the people yet?  Do you have a special name like you have been Globed but with a Christmas theme?

    Okay, dumb question.....HOW do you actually break boards?  Is there some kind of "trick" to it?  Will the 3 boards be stacked together and you break them all at once or do you go one by one?

    LOL…we’re going to do the twelve days of Christmas giving…..(that’s what we’re calling it anyway…lol….I made it up) …but like the twelve days of Christmas but instead of getting a gift each day we’re going to give  a gift each day….just one gift to  one person who’s not usually thanked or has help us in some way through this last year….just something small….so we’ll start on the 13th
