    Wow, that is fantastic.  What will he learn in advanced classes?  Also, what is probation ???

     
    It’s probationary black….in his belting system when they test into the black belt program they are on a “probation” during that time if you don’t hold the standards of a black belt (get to cocky..overly agressive…not doing your community service hrs…grades not above C…behavior evaluation from teachers not good etc..) you can be demoted back down to red….the second half of the probation period is called recommended black….in other words your doing well and being recommended for bb….then once you get first decided you are officially full black belt and won’t be demoted below that

    oh wow, I didn't realize that there were so many things that went into getting that black belt.  That sounds really good that you also have to be doing well in "life" not just in the sport.  That sounds like a wonderful; sport and teaches the kid more then I thought it did.  He couldn't have picked anything better.  

    Friendship is a priceless gift that can't be bought or sold, its value is far greater than a mountain made of gold.
