    That is hard!!!  To stand up in front of the world and praise your kid, whom you love to heaven and back, and not blubber like a baby is VERY difficult!!

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.     Oh yeah it keeps on going…..his head instructor is 8th degree senior…..this is just the biggest because it means your officially a black belt and it can’t be taken away

    Oh, that makes sense.  SO, will D go on to the next level or try something else?  He seems to really love the sport, but he is SOOOOOOOOO good at everything he tries. lol

     
    Yep….he wants to stick with it …..my oldest son got to 2nd degree senior so D wants to get farther than him….LOL….he’s a bit competitive

    Same here.  Did she have surgery??  I know she has had quite a few problems.   Happy she is doing well and that she remembers us!!!  LOL

    Yes, she had knee surgery.  She sent out a mass e-mail, so when you have time to go through your dozens and dozens of emails, you might come across it. lol

    LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Well, that is what makes him the athlete that he is.

    Good for D for competing against his brother!!!  It is also good to have goals. So many kids these days don’t seem ambitious enough to set goals.  It’s sad.

    That is quite an honor considering how many levels they have to go thru to get to black belt.  You have every reason to be extremely proud!!!

     
    We’re excited for him….and one of his best friends is testing Friday too for her black belt….so we’re hoping for both of them…..they started together day one and so it would be awesome if they get their black belts together

    That is a true statement!!!  LOLOLOL. But it would still get cluttered up with as much garbage mail…which is 99% of what I get!!! 😤
