    When our.son asked us to come to TN, the first thing I thought was,  “Oh, yuk….LAX is the pits!”  Basically an hour to get to the door there, then 2 hours to wait before getting on the plane for a 4 hour ride.  I was conflict3ed, knew they had flown Southwest when they were traveling back and forth prior to the move.  So I decided to check a local airport that is only 10 minutes on surface streets from our house….and they even have one daily non-stop each way…the the prices were great!  So that made me have a totally different attitude about it!!! 

    Soooo, i can sympathize with Len!

    Btw….random question…but how do your English friends like Charles as King

    We haven’t talked to them recently, but they LOVED E2 and never spoke too well about “Charlie”!  His mama was a tough act to follow and she never intended to abdicate until she died.  That was their opinion.  He is controversial due to Camilla, but apparently she won the queen’s respect and love, and making her Queen Consort was no doubt best for the country.
     

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

    Yeah E2 was a tough act to follow….glad the transition seems to be going smoothly
