Oh wow Vmmm my grand daughter fractured her heel a month ago at cheer camp.
Oh no!!! Little Bit just has Sever's Disease, which is a due to a growth spurt and probably soccer. She has to wear inserts in her cleats and do exercises. It supposedly goes away with rest in 2-8 weeks, but she isn't resting, lol.

She is doing Lyrical in a group and tap as a solo.

Is that something she’ll out grow???

Awesome.....I had never heard of Lyrical Dance before (had to look it up...lol) It sounds interesting.

LOL.......yep, kids never rest when they are supposed to...always on the go...lol

Yeah, she has to make it through soccer season. Lyrical didn't hurt at all last wee. I think tap will, but it's only half an hour every week.
