No, the children's voices were not entirely dubbed; the actors portraying the children did sing in the film, but four additional professional child singers were added to create a fuller, more harmonized sound for many of the musical numbers. This combination of the child actors' singing and added voices resulted in a total of eleven voices for certain parts of the film's soundtrack.
