I think this may be a pretty good season...bittersweet without Maks and Meryl and a little tension for me with JH as judge but...

Ok I just had a thought...everyone always makes comments on tumblr that Maks doesn't show support for Meryl for certain things that she does or is involved in...I haven't seen a tweet or anything from Val for Zendaya for her 18th Birthday yet either....
I really think that Maks and Meryl keep their most private things private and support the ones that they truly care about between them and that person...

I just don't think that as close as MnM are that Maks would neglect responding with praise to anything that Meryl does or is involved in...

Well....my "Snooping and Reporting 101"  Study has been posted for this morning 

I am sooooooooo sorry I got a bit carried away posting things...Luv hope I left some for you  LOL

I will be checking back later this afternoon hubby and I are going to a movie early afternoon, tickets provided by my daugher for my bday!!!

Here I am again!   I was talking with a friend of mine who has done celebrity Web sites.   She says that celebrities (and I'll include Meryl in that for the purpose of this comment) don't really care about all those awards.   Giving an award is a tool that non-profits, publications, Web sites and others do to get attention for themselves, in the hopes that a celebrity will respond.   She said only rarely will the celeb him or herself get involved in asking people to vote for themselves or for others.  

This makes sense.   In giving awards, most of the time (except for the major ones) the award giver is trying to get essentially free publicity, to get more hits or to get people to buy their magazine, etc.   The celebs are not going to fall into that trap by actively promoting whatever it is.   Their image, support, fan base is too valuable to them.  

"Carpe fucking diem!"  - Maks said it. 
Sorry, I had to use this.  I haven't laughed so much in a long time.
